| I want to apologize for my limited communication. The second half of 2022 was a whirlwind. I did back to back conferences in Atlanta and Dallas, had one week off and flew to London, England. I came home for a week and set off for the COMIBAM Mobilization gathering in Ecuador. I arrived back home to find that an offer we had made on a house was accepted and we were in move mode through the end of the year. |

| The Church network I serve in Nigeria, Dominion City, hosted a mission conference in London this year. The purpose was to both to rally support for missions to the unreached but also encourage church planting and church expansion in Europe. We had over 500 leaders from across Europe gather for three days. The majority of the participants were diaspora out of Africa with a strong desire too see the UK reached. The outcome was greater interest in planting churches in the UK and beyond. This will become an annual event with a desire to see more and more leaders trained, more churches planted in Europe as well as to the unreached. |

| I was honored to be one of the key speakers at this mobilization gathering. There were 150 mission leaders from 20 Latin nations. I released my long awaited Handbook on Mobilizing Mission Movements in Spanish. I decided to release this book first in Spanish because the first presentation I did on this new model was in Panama at the COMIBAM Congress in 2017. It took a large amount of coordination to get this book released. The artwork was done in Nigeria, the translation was done in Mexico, the editing was done in Costa Rica and the printing was done in Ecuador. In the end we distributed 300 copies that were sent to 20 Latin nations. Many thanks to our partners that made this project a reality. |

| Looking forward to 2023 |

| The Annual Mission conference is coming up in Nigeria. It was scheduled for January in the city of Owirri, but the location and the dates have had to be changed because serious security concerns have arisen. Please be praying for this gathering. Pray for our safety as well as all of the leaders that will gather. This is an election year in Nigeria and there are numerous bad actors looking to foment violence. I will be releasing the Handbook for Mobilizing Mission Movements in English. We already have numerous orders from Across Africa. |

| In February I will be flying to Mexico as one of the featured speakers at the 2023 COMIMEX gathering. This is a strategic gathering of Mexican leaders that are serving on the front lines of Mexico’s mission movement. I will be introducing my book on mobilization and talking about Discipleship as Mobilization. During this visit I will be visiting several church leaders we have been building relationships with. Pray for rich conversations around how to mobilize the church across Mexico. |
| Thank you for your friendship over the years. God has been faithful. We continue to see the ministry grow and expand and we are confident that the best is still to come. We are humbled by the influence God has given to us and do not take for granted the opportunities God presents to provide leadership to the global mission movement. We recognize that our work is somewhat non-traditional as missionaries but we can see how God is giving us opportunities to equip an entirely new generation of mission workers from all over the world.
