Word of Faith Dominion Church is dedicated to making a difference in our community and the lives of people we encounter day to day. We strive to present the lifestyle of Jesus simply and practically. Whether through upbeat praise and worship, honest and simple teaching, or our small groups WFDC is creating an environment where people are empowered to live the life they hear preached. No matter your age, or situation in life we have a place for you to personally connect and learn what life is all about.
Our focus is first and foremost, to be a Word Church where the Living Word, Jesus Christ, and the Written Word, the Bible, are given preeminence and priority. We embrace the full gospel message, which means, we believe Jesus Christ not only saves, but He also heals, restores, prospers, and sanctifies His people. Both the fruit and the gifts of the Spirit are not only welcomed but passionately pursued.
WFDC is also a FAITH Church where God’s people live and walk by faith, not sight, and where faith works through love. With the Word of God in our hearts and mouths we believe our faith gives us access to God’s life and gives God access to our lives.
WFDC is a church that believes Jesus has given us His Kingdom not only to enjoy here and now but to exercise His Kingdom DOMINION, His authority and anointing over every situation in our personal lives and in our sphere of influence. Since our battle is not with flesh and blood we do not exercise Dominion over other human beings, only over and against Satan’s destructive works of stealing, killing, and destroying.
WFDC is a CHURCH, a Body of Believers who realize they are “called out saints”, who know their true identity is found only in Jesus Christ, and who know their calling, destiny, and giftings, and use them to serve one another.
The Mission of WFDC is twofold: #1. To Deliver the lost from Satan’s kingdom – “Strive to save others, snatching them out of the fire; on others take pity but with fear, loathing even the garment spotted by the flesh polluted by their sensuality.” Jude 23, Amplified Version); #2. To Develop believers, the Body of Christ – “And His gifts are varied; He Himself appointed and gave men to us, some to be Apostles (special messengers), some Prophets (inspired preachers and expounders), some Evangelists (preachers of the Gospel, traveling missionaries), some Pastors (shepherds of His flock), and teachers. His intention was the perfecting and the full equipping of the saints (His consecrated people), that they should do the work of ministering toward building up Christ’s Body, the Church.” (Ephesians 4:11-12, Amplified Version).
